G31261 -Score Set-For 30mm Shaft/Per Set
Convert your folder into a precision scoring machine!
These scoring sets mount to the exit shafts of your folder. The male die forces the sheet being rolled through it into a slot on the female die. They produce a near letterpress quality score, and permit scoring in the first folding unit (without folding) and then folding in the right angle unit inline!
The male unit is usually mounted on the lower shaft, and comes with two widths of replaceable scoring wheels. The unit is held in place by a brass-tipped set screw, and is mountable anywhere on the shaft.
The female unit has three slots in it, each a unique width and depth, for different types of stocks. It is held in place with a brass tipped set screw, and is mountable anywhere on the shaft.

Important Note:
These wheels will only work on machines with adjustible exit shafts. When ordering, make sure you measure the diameter of the exit shafts of the unit that you will mount the set on. The sets are available for the common 25mm, 30mm, and 35mm shaft sizes. |
