G40531 - Alloy Steel Shear Pins for Polar 107 EL and ST (after machine serial number 611352), Polar 112 EL, Polar 115 EL, Polar 115 CE, Polar 115 CS, Polar 115 ST, & Polar 115 EMC Paper Cutters (equivalent to Polar 221719 and 207466)

Alloy Steel Shear Pin for Polar 107, 112 EL, Polar 115 EL, Polar 115 CE & Polar 115 EMC1 Paper Cutters (221719) This alloy steel shear pin fits the Polar 107, 112 EL, Polar 115 EL, Polar 115 CE and Polar 115 EMC1 paper cutters. The main shank is 12mm (.47") in diameter, except where it is undercut. It is 65mm (2-9/16") long below the head. It has an M12 x 1mm thread with a 17mm hex head. Included with each shear bolt is a mating hex nut. (Also see part number G40535 for Polar 115 EMC II paper cutters.) Note that some of the early Polar 107 cutters did not use this shear bolt but used a smaller (10mm diameter x 65mm long) shear bolt with a cross drilled hole.
