Guide shaft or guide rod for the center of the pull arm on Polar 115 EL, 115 CE and 115 EMC 1 paper cutters (original Polar part number 221717). This 14mm diameter alignment rod fits up the middle of the pull arm to prevent it from flapping around and causing damage when the shear bolts break. It is made from centerless ground drill rod for maximum toughness. Its overall length is approximately 15" long.

This fits 115 EL, CE and EMC 1 cutters made after machine serial number 4731747, or earlier models that have had their original roll pin mounting hole drilled and tapped out to use a set screw.
