Description

The Mercury NG 4X4 is a heavy-duty double-sided laminating machine and comes in two sizes, the 400 (15.7" x 27.5"max sheet) and the 530 (20.8" x 29.5" max sheet size). Speeds up to 88ft/min.

Features
This machine is constructed for nonstop heavy-duty digital and offset printed sheet lamination. It is equipped with a Foliant integrated suction feeder and high-speed bump separator. Several options are available for the Foliant Mercury NG 4×4 machine: pallet stacker, non-sticky rollers or Foliant foiler.

Due to its high-pressure system, format and performance, the machine is suitable for all jobs.

FAST
The machine’s maximum speed is up to 88.5 feet/minute in single-sided lamination or 82 feet/minute in double-sided lamination.
Performance examples:
Mercury 400 NG 4X4 - 3,240/3,000 sheets per hour of 14″ x 20″ portrait (white paper 200 gsm).
Mercury 530 NG 4X4 - 2,300/2,100 sheets per hour of 19.7" x 27.8" in portrait (white paper 200 gsm)
