Features

The G5 Stitching Head

This head was designed with the latest technology in mind. From its front-locking mount system, to its latchless construction
and side-feed operation, this head is easy to use. The G5 is a low-cost alternative for collators requiring
a smaller capacity head with greater reliability.

  • Capacity: from 2 sheets up to 13/64" (5mm)
  • Crown Sizes: 1/2", 3/16" Loop
  • Wire Size: 25 round
  • Minimum Head Center: 1-3/4" (39mm)
  • Speed: 12,000 stitches per hour

A smaller capacity head with greater reliability, front-locking mount system, Latchless construction and side-feed operation,
