Description

The SEAL 62 Pro D is a 61" wide mounting laminator and encapsulator
offering industrial performance at exceptional value. With fully
adjustable dual temperature, speed and pressure settings, the 62 Pro D
is ideal for the more experienced operator.

Dual heated rollers make most applications, including encapsulation, easy while superior roller technology delivers better processing of soft substrates
Laminates graphics up to 61" wide
Capable of laminating at speeds up to 20 feet/minute
1 1/2" manual nip adjustment allows for precise operation and accommodates most substrates
Roll-to-roll operation (from bottom unwind) to accommodate applications including vehicle wraps
14.28 lbf/in (2.5n/mm) line pressure for superior cold lamination
Lightweight drop-in supply shafts with auto-grip for easy loading of materials in tight spaces
Auto-grip upper take-up shaft for winding release liners
Exclusive ‘stay-put' swing up feed table keeps table up, making media handling and set-up a snap and flip up pull rollers for no hassle loading
Comprehensive safety system with emergency stops and self-checking safety eyes
Foot switch for hands free operation
Ergonomic touch pad control panel
Image guide to ensure perfect alignment and roll trough to keep rolled prints in place before and during lamination both standard
Optional easy-in feed table and slitter to make laminating a snap while the optional fan banks cools the machine down when both rolls are heated
