Features
This assembly consists of Lever Body (T1302), the Pivoting Joint
(consisting of T1315 and T1316), and a new Roller (T1311) and Shouldered
Pin (T1310) pinned on. The Roller and Shouldered Pin often wear and are
very difficult to replace so we pre-mount the roller so it is possible
to replace on-site.
The T1309 shaft that the Operating Lever pivots on will need to be removed by driving out a taper pin.
This assembly is used on both 10 x 15 and 13 x 18 presses.
Our roller and pins are hardened for a long life.
Core Charge And Return-
We require that when a G53739 Windmill-Gripper
Operating Lever Assembly is purchased from us, we receive your old body
back for rebuilding. It must include the pivoting joint and the hole and adjacent surface where the shouldered pin is mounted must be in good condition. If the old shouldered pin wore off or snapped off, do not attempt to remove the pin or the remnants.
We will refund the amount above when we receive
the core back and inspect it. Typical inspection time is 1 week.
In the event that you do not have a core to send
back, in order to maintain our stock, unfortunately we will need to still
charge for the core.
