Rectangular Flywheel Cover for Polar 71 & Polar 72 Paper Cutters. (replacement for Polar 207751). This rectangular clear plastic flywheel cover is a direct replacement for the original cover.

The cutter should not be used if the flywheel cover is broken or missing. This would create an operator safety hazard.
