The Standard Horizon HT-110 Three-knife Trimmer operates in-line or off-line and can achieve productivity of 4,000 books/hour. Trimming cycle can be adjusted in 13 stages from 400 to 1,600 cycles per hour. The system features lift size up to 3.14″ thick and offers easy, accurate set-up and operation.
Features

The Standard Horizon HT-110 is an automated three-knife trimmer for off-line or in-line operation with a user-friendly 10.4″ color touchscreen control console.

  • Ease-of-use: The trimmer is simple and easy to operate, with all necessary settings performed through the icon-based touchscreen.
  • High efficiency: The HT-110 can run at speeds up to 1,600 cycles per hour. The system can also reach production of up to 4,000 book per hour by stacking up to 3 books at once.
